The Meeting You Should Have Cancelled

Join me on my relentless pursuit to be more, do more, and live an unreasonable life.
Your calendar is the most honest document you own.
It doesn't care what you say you value. It records what you actually defended with your time. For most leaders, the audit is brutal.
Elon Musk once told Tesla employees that if they were in a meeting and not contributing, they should walk out. It's not rude. What's rude is making people stay. He pushed the policing down to the individual instead of trying to design the perfect invite list. Trust the adults in the room.
Alex Hormozi loads his day backward. Deep work first, when the mind is sharpest. Meetings after. Context-switching is a tax, and the leader who refuses to pay it builds an advantage over the one who treats every interruption as equally legitimate.
Open your calendar from last week. Highlight every meeting that, if it had been cancelled, would have produced no measurable loss. You already know which ones they are.
Let’s not confuse motion with progress!
Don’t settle. Be relentless.
